Our Experiences
We offer a dedicated team of staff with skills, training and certification required by the State of Maryland and Office of Child Care (OCC) to help us meet our goals and objectives in providing a loving, safe environment and an exceptional program to help with Children’s Developmental needs. We have a high standard for hiring staff who have both the required training, skills, and experience needed for a quality Family Home Care system, but also have the passion and caring with love for children and enjoy working with child in different ages.
Our staff are well trained in our Family Home Care system, processes, reporting, rules and regulations, and in communications with parents, as well as periodic training update for new laws and regulations and process improvement in our Family Child Care system.

Our daily schedule is flexible to allow for unplanned events or other Opportunities that may arise Throughout the day.
